wowowow THANK YOU for clearing this up, someone recommended her new book on twitter, i went to look at her goodreads profile and on every book there was something about “the controversy surrounding sriduangkaew” or comparisons between her and orson scott card’s homophobia (????????), so ilooked it up and immediately got the sense that most of it was bullshit or at least something was off (in the very first article i read on the “controversy” seemed to be half-dedicated to her and half-dedicated to arguing reverse racism is real). anyway thanks for writing this i hope more people see it
